Writing promo emails for affiliate products doesn’t have to be tough or take hours. Let me show you a really simple strategy to drive high conversions.
I like to leverage the sales page copy from time to time to pull the trigger words and sentences to include in my emails. This leads to higher conversions for me because the subscriber is taken to a sales page that matches the language, style and feel of the email.
In the example below, I choose to promote a new product from Lee Murray that I had gotten review access to before hand and knew would be popular with my list for a few reasons.
- The product is high quality and DOES what it says in the copy. Nothing burns your subscribers trust faster then promoting over hyped products that under deliver.
- This is a product that I would be very happy with if I had bought it. If you wouldn’t buy it or would have found it disappointing had you bought it, DON’T PROMOTE IT.
- Lee is very similar in teaching style to myself. He only teaches what works and what he does in his own business. No theory, just tested experience.
